Gather Your Details: To speed up your enrollment, have your new service address, a valid form of ID, and your contact information ready.

Confirm Eligibility: To qualify for same-day service, your property must have a digital smart meter (standard in most Houston-area homes) and you must be moving into a new location (this service is specifically for new “Move-Ins”).
Enroll by the Deadline: Complete your enrollment online or over the phone by 12:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday.
Timing is Everything
Before 12 PM: If you sign up before noon, we will process your request for same-day activation. .
After 12 PM or Sundays: Enrollments completed after the cutoff or on Sundays will be prioritized for the very next business day.
