I've enrolled, what happens now?

Assuming you have paid your deposit or if there is no deposit required, we will validate the information provided and initiate the new service or switch process. Should we have any difficulties validating your enrollment information, we will attempt to contact you. After completing the enrollment process, you will promptly receive an email informing you of the expected meter gain date. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation letter with enrollment details and terms within 1 to 2 weeks of your enrollment. Even when we acquire your meter, you will not receive a bill until we receive your first reported usage. Your first bill will not be generated for 2 to 30 days for new service activations or up to 35 days after your switch has been completed.
